UPDATE

this time I brew this.
I left it it in the secondary for 3 week and got a much better coconut Profile which was what I wanted. Also crash cooled to 40* with Gelatin for 2 days before Kegging

Hi i am not a member of your group but would really appreciate it if you could make a wire diagram. i have the same motor as you but i don’t know how to wire it. cap[asitor and all. I went out and bought a combo single pole/3-way switch too. thanks so much. nice job!

I would like to point out:
January is a calibration beer month – and not a “clone” beer month. A clone beer can be brought in at any time (and if you want to bring a few of the actual beer – even better!) – just coordinate with me before the competition starts and we can work out how you want the tasting to happen.

So in talking to others in the homebrew club, I found that you can actually buy washers with a center whole larger than 3/4 of an inch. I’d recommend getting something like a 7/8 or just a size larger. You can’t find that at Lowe’s or Home Depot, but I guess you can at pluming stores or online. Let me know how it goes and share any pictures you have.
